Corporate Whiskey Tastings

Guided and come-and-go whiskey experiences for company events, client entertainment, retreats, conferences, and celebrations.

Bring People Together Over a Better Pour

Most corporate events follow the same formula: a bar, polite conversation, and an evening that is easy to attend but hard to remember. A professionally hosted whiskey tasting gives people a reason to slow down, ask questions, share stories, and discover something together. It creates connection without requiring guests to know anything about whiskey before they arrive.

Texas Whiskey Festival provides turnkey whiskey experiences for professional settings. We handle the planning, whiskey selection, setup, hosting, service, and cleanup so you can focus on your guests.

Two Ways to Host Your Whiskey Experience

Guided Whiskey Tasting

A guided tasting brings the group together for a shared experience. Guests taste a curated selection of whiskeys while learning how each one is made, what makes it distinctive, and how to explore what is in the glass.

This format works especially well for leadership gatherings, client dinners, retreats, small company celebrations, and groups that want a more structured experience.

Come-and-Go Whiskey Tasting

A come-and-go tasting creates an approachable whiskey station within a larger event. Guests can stop by when they are ready, taste at their own pace, ask questions, and return to the rest of the event.

This format is ideal for receptions, conferences, holiday parties, customer appreciation events, hospitality suites, and larger company gatherings.

What We Provide

Every tasting is tailored to the event, but a typical experience may include whiskey curation, a knowledgeable host, tasting cups or glassware, setup, guided education and storytelling, responsible service, and cleanup.

Whiskey can be selected from Texas producers, American whiskey, or a broader range of styles. The experience is not limited to Texas whiskey.

Pricing and Travel

Corporate whiskey experiences typically begin at $1,500. Final pricing depends on the number of guests, event length, location, format, staffing, and whiskey selection.

We travel wherever the experience takes us. Travel and lodging costs, when required, are included in the final quote.

Why Texas Whiskey Festival

Your tasting is hosted by people who know how to make whiskey approachable, interesting, and fun.

Texas Whiskey Festival co-founder Jake Clements is a whiskey sommelier and World Whiskies Awards judge whose work has been featured on the cover of American Whiskey Magazine. The magazine devoted a four-page feature to how Jake and the Texas Whiskey Festival helped bring the Texas whiskey industry together.

He has hosted intimate executive tastings, corporate events, destination programs, and large-scale whiskey activations—including one at Star Hill Ranch attended by Bill Murray, where the two shared a memorable moment presenting a whiskey to a guest.

The goal is not to lecture your guests or turn the evening into a formal class. It is to create a polished experience filled with stories, discovery, laughter, and real conversation.

How Booking Works

Tell us about your event, including the date, location, expected guest count, and the type of experience you are considering.

We will recommend the best format, prepare a formal estimate, and coordinate the details with you or your venue. Once the estimate is accepted and the deposit is paid, your date is secured.
