Ten Years. One Hell of a Texas Whiskey Story.

The 10th Annual Texas Whiskey Festival | April 17, 2027

For ten festivals, we've brought together the distillers, whiskey, and people that make Texas special. On April 17, 2027, we're celebrating that milestone with an evening of Texas whiskey, conversations with the makers, panel discussions, dueling pianos, and the community that's made it all possible.

There's a decade of history behind this festival—and plenty of reasons to experience what's next.

A Decade of Texas Whiskey

What began with 11 participating distilleries has grown to include more than 40 in a single festival year, all representing Texas-based whiskey production. Some produce their whiskey entirely grain to glass in Texas, while others contribute to the state's whiskey identity through different approaches to production.

Over the years, the festival has welcomed whiskey enthusiasts from beyond Texas, bringing people together to discover the makers, flavors, and stories that distinguish Texas whiskey.

More Than a Whiskey Festival

Ask the distillers, and you'll hear us refer to the festival as our annual family reunion. It's a chance to reconnect with friends, share what everyone has been working on, and celebrate the community we've built together.

And those relationships extend beyond the distillers.

We've met couples whose first date or first meeting happened at the Texas Whiskey Festival. Years later, they're married and still returning to celebrate with us.

After ten years, some of the best stories aren't just about the whiskey. They're about the people who came together because of it.

A Collaboration Worth Following

To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we're bringing together distilleries that have participated in every festival to create a special anniversary whiskey blend.

Each distillery contributes its own whiskey and perspective to a collaborative project built on a decade of relationships. The goal isn't to recreate an existing flavor profile, but to discover what happens when these different Texas whiskeys come together.

The project offers a behind-the-scenes look at whiskey selection, blending, and the people involved.

A Distinctly Texas Experience

One evening. A whole lot of Texas whiskey.

On April 17, 2027, the Texas Whiskey Festival returns to Star Hill Ranch in Bee Cave for its 10th annual celebration.

Imagine exploring Texas whiskey without driving across the state. Guests can sample whiskeys from distilleries across Texas, meet the people who make them, and discover everything from traditional bourbons and ryes to distinctly different expressions of Texas single malt.

But there's more to the evening than tasting whiskey.

Panel discussions bring whiskey makers and industry voices together for conversations about the craft. Dueling pianos provide the soundtrack for a lively celebration, while the rustic setting of Star Hill Ranch brings a little Hill Country character to the experience.

Whether you're a longtime whiskey enthusiast or just beginning to explore, the festival offers an opportunity to discover something new, meet interesting people, and become part of a community that's been gathering for ten years.
