This isn’t your cousin’s cookout.
This is a Texas State BBQ Championship, which means competition. Flames. Ego. Meat judged not by color or cut, but by the silent, sacred nod of someone with sauce on their chin.

You’ll taste. You’ll vote. You’ll talk a little too loud.
And just when your shirt clings with brisket sweat, the Whiskey Corral opens at 1 PM. Forty shades of amber defiance, served neat.
